Claim Submission:

  • Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of successful delivery.

Garment Care & Liability:

  • We prioritize garment care but cannot guarantee against:
  • Color bleeding, color loss, or shrinkage due to manufacturing defects.
  • Deterioration, holes, or tears caused by wear and tear.
  • Damages may occur during cleaning and ironing due to fabric, material, or stitching defects.
  • We will assess damages impartially to determine the root cause.
  • Liability is limited to 10 times the bill amount, with a maximum cap of AED 500.

Valuables:

  • We are not responsible for valuables left in the laundry.

Inspection & Responsibility:

  • Customers must check their laundry before leaving our premises.
  • We are not responsible for missing or damaged items after collection.

Unclaimed Garments:

  • Garments not claimed within 10 days will not be our responsibility.
  • Uncollected laundry after 30 days may be disposed of without compensation.

Plastic Packaging:

  • Customers should remove plastic packaging upon receiving their laundry.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard delivery time is 48 hours for garments.
