Please inspect your laundry upon delivery. Complaints regarding laundry will not be accepted after 24 hours of receipt.
Compensation for Damaged or Lost Items:
In the event of damage or loss, the maximum compensation payable by the company will be up to 10 times the charge on the bill for the affected items, not exceeding AED 500.
Valuables Disclaimer:
The company will not be responsible for any valuables left in the laundry items.
Unclaimed Laundry:
Laundry not collected within 30 days of delivery will be considered abandoned, and the company reserves the right to dispose of such items without compensation to the client.
Plastic Packaging:
Kindly remove plastic packaging from items upon receipt of laundry.
Standard Delivery Time:
Normal delivery time for garments is within 48 hours.
Payment Process:
Payment for services will be processed via the card authorized at the time of booking.
The payment will be deducted once the items are ready for delivery. In case of a declined card payment, the delivery will be held until the payment is successfully completed.
