We are not responsible for garments not claimed within 30 days.

For articles damaged or lost, the maximum compensation payable by the company will be 10 times the charge on the bill related to the particular items. Not exceeding 500 dirhams.

We will not be responsible for any valuables left in the laundry.

If the laundry is not received within 30 days from the date of delivery, the laundry may be disposed off, and we will not be responsible for compensating the client for it.

Please remove the plastic packages after receiving the laundry

Normal delivery for garment are 48 hrs.
